When u enter rooms area you will get very bad smell of cloths storage...they must fix this...

Hotel is not good at all. It is made with all seconds furniture. The rooms that are not facing roadside stinks. AC doesn't work. The bedsheets are too bad. When asked for changing staff brought worse ones. Hotel didn't provide soap tooth brush and paste and other daily needs that hotel usually provide. TV doesn't have DTH, local cable with very very poor reception. Staff is also not service oriented. The staff itself was involved in enjoying their time(drinking) at hotel terrace. Rooms are charged as 1200 and 1500 for 2 and 3 bedded room in the month of late March which is off season. In totality its a No No kind of hotel and is not recommended at all.

Zeroooo service,room are dirty, staff is with full on attitude, too much bugssss over there'.... bed sheet are used ... with sperm on it , smeeeling, pls don't go there'

Worst experience ever.. hotel is super dirty.. very bad and smells worse.. bathrooms never clean.. i vomited.. linen was not clean.. waste of money...

Worst experience ever!! I wish I could give minus star. You will book a room and they will give that room to another person jf they offer 50 rs more. Dont go for ut never ever. No cleanliness,No water management, locks are broken.

It's a low budget hotel, and the reason we chose it was that it was relatively near to Banganga, but then, that makes it far from central market area/bus stand, so can't really say if it is conveniently located. Yes, it was cheaper, but I wouldn't recommend it because: no in-house restaurant(and market is far away too), poor power back-up, seemed haunted(many a times nobody is at the reception). I won't say they provided bad service, because they listened to what I requested for, but only when you request. By default, the basic amenities were missing. I would recommend spending extra money and opting for a better hotel.

Owsome rooms are looking so cool and it is located at the road which is go to the entry gate for maa vaishno devi It is infront of govt school katra It is near by the Bus stand of katra Railway station is near by about 700 meter from here
