Hotel Atul Regency Katra

I recently stayed at Hotel Atul Regency Katra, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I recently stayed at Hotel Atul Regency located in the heart of city, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly situated near major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. It’s within walking distance of popular landmarks and restaurants, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern decor added a luxurious touch. The city view from the window was stunning, especially at night.

Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. Location was on point accessible to market and good food chains. The staff was hell rude, it looked like we are staying for free. 0 stars for the staff and -5 for the manager. No complimentary water bottles, charged 30/- per bottle for 20/- bottle telling 10/- is to bring bottle to your room. It's simply good place but worst people. Won't recommend if going with ladies specially.

Me and family did a stay here in Atul regency at Katra. The entire hotel so welcoming and feels so comfortable here. The staff here is professionally trained and very quick with their services. The food buffet was very well handled by om raj. He ensured that the food was served fresh and tasty at the same time. I would recommend this place to everyone for those who are looking for a comfortable and best stay.

Very nice hotel and located in main market. Staff is very humble and cooperative. Food was tasty special buffet breakfast was awesome. Rooms was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay here. We recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks to management

Hotel during our family trip to Mata Vaishno Devi. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, ensuring our comfort at every step. We had excellent stay over there,we were the family group from Ludhiana,hotel accommodated is early morning without any extra cost. Buffet breakfast was tasty. Room size is big. Whole staff is very polite and helpful. Specialy shout out to manager Mr Baldev for cooperation.
