Very misbehaving staff.they even don't know how to talk with customers.don,t go there.don,t waste your money on such unhygienic and scrap hotel.geyser was not working (room no 206)and all buttons was broken there and after that I went there to complaint about that.reception guy said in rude manner that you can,t afford so many facilities in thousand rupees.if you want geyser you should go five star hotel..??..what type of behaviour is this..I checked out within few minutes after check in and he also refused to money back hooligani.guys if you are paying money on something please buy where you can live peacefully and facilities,hygiene and surrounding people(staff) should be positive and well nature. Specially for katra.some people is working hard for their place's name And some people like these are ruining the image of city ..they have given me a very bad experience in a very beautiful devotee journey of maa vaishno devi..

Very poor cleaning in rooms. Bedsheets are not changed. Even bathroom slippers are not available. First they told that free pickup and drop at banganga will be provided. After payment they changed the conditions. Next they have a network to loot your money. They dropped in front of a shop at banganga. As soon as you de board the vehicle the shop owner will insist you to buy some items which are useless for dharshan. Some 400 rupees are taken from me for these useless items, this hotel person will convenience you to buy. Ultimate answer is on the name of mata these people are looting public.......... Be aware of all these. Book room from mata vaishno app directly.

Worst hotel.. Very rude staff and people working there . It was very inconvenient to stay there..many better hotels are available. Equipment doesn't work properly. This hotel made my experience Horrible in every way.

I checked out within 1 hour and still fighting for the refund with Oyo. The room absolutely unacceptable, damped wall, uncleaned bathroom. No electricity backup. Shame on Oyo, that they can't refund my heard earned money even after providing all the screenshots as proof.

Its a very very bad experience i never expected such kind of bad service from oyo.Hotel ha snot given me that room which i have ordered and also not provide all the facilities . Hotel staff was very very rude with me its a worst experience with oyo i want my refund back .i never suggest anyone to take stay in oyo..

Room is not clean. Full of mosquitoes. Not a clean bed. No toiletries being offerd. Negligence behaviour. Even after repeated request no action taken to prevent mosquitoes.

They charge inappropriately if there is a mistake in your booking, behaviour of staff is not good. Stinky rooms, bathroom is not working properly
