I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel Because they will show you good pics with clean and neat rooms But their rooms are completely opposite They are extremely untidy and their cab service is also poor Their washrooms are not clean and exhaust fans are not working with mosquitoes around. So please don’t get in influence of agents Because its completely waste of money.

Hotel is good . They provided pickup but drop at station experience was not good they will not even touch your luggage and gesture is also not good guest jab tak hotel mai hai sab kuch badhiya hai , hotel se drop karne mai bahut natak hai . Just because of their bad behavior at time of drop I am giving 2 star. Staff is good and supportive until you didn't check out. Food is best in taste and price. Hot water available 24/7 Neat and clean hotel . Near to bus stand and railway station.

Location is poor and hotel is worst poor maintained as well as staff rooms are dirty and stale smell feel in each rooms geysers also not work in the rooms. But the views from rooms are excellent as you can see Adhkuwari Bhawan and road to Saanjhi chaat. Moreover by the side of this hotel is a Tabela for horses and in early morning you can hear of cukooru koo of hens.

Worst place ... No room service , No cleaning, found dirt everywhere, Dirty stinky bathrooms, used bed sheets, provide food and tea from the dhaba in front of the hotel with double charges...Due to bad weather and having kids with me , with no other option i have to stayed there, ….There staff theft 6000/- Rs. From my bag when we out for Mata Vaishno Devi darshan. So I suggest you not to choose this place for stay in any condition. Very Very bad experience ..

I am satisfied with hotal services. Room are ok. They provide pickup and drop facilities from railway station or bus stand to hotal and banganga check post. Staff behavior is good and they provide free wifi.

We just hate this place. Dirty stinky bathrooms . They provide used bedsheets and towels. U ll find tobacco and ciggrate ashes everywhere. Ac's donot work properly. They ll provide breakfast for 1 person only but the commitment is breakfast of 2 persons per room. And you will get raw (kaccha) partha's to eat . Can see pics also .ll never go there again.worst place.
