I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Devi Empire in Katra, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Room service was prompt, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Additional amenities like 24/7 hot water, travel assistance, and shuttle services added to the convenience. I recently stayed at Devi Empire Hotel in Vaishno Devi with my family for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it very accessible. We opted for a double bed and a triple bed room, both of which were comfortable and well-maintained. The in-house food was absolutely amazing and delicious — definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff was extremely polite, courteous, and cooperative, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. They even offered a seamless car service to and from the station, the Vaishno Devi Yatra start and end points, which made our journey much more convenient. The hotel offers great value for money and is reasonably priced for the amenities and service it provides. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Vaishno Devi!

Don't Book Rooms If you want Clean rooms and pleasant stay. Rooms are very dirty and stinky. Bathroom seems like not cleaned since ages. They offer in room food but we had no courage to try it. Giving 2 stars just for its location. Railway station is only 100 meters.

I have visited this property and checked out today. Owner , Mr. Sharma is a very humble person and all other staffs are too courteous. ||Room is perfectly suitable for family stay and food quality is awesome. ||The in room dining facility and room services are unexpectedly good in such a low budget hotel.||The fittings in washroom are branded with workable condition.||||For a new travel it is perfect hotel as it is adjacent and walkable distance away from Katra railway station. ||Markets, ATMs , medical shops are also within reach.

Even if they offered it for free, don't go. They are very greedy, would scam you for money. The kitchen is riddled with cockroaches. We thank God, we caught that before eating there. The location is in a small alley. The place is nothing less than dumpster. I would recommend you go to the hotel next door. They are soo much better and soo much more cheaper. I hope health department raids them and sees the terrific hotel they have

Very bad service not safety for Ladies i was my experience because i complained so many times to hotel staff for bathroom no lock inside. Hotel incharge asked more money on top up room rent 👎👎👎👎

Hotel devi empire is located just 2 minutes away from Katra railway station. Property is decent and staff was extremely supportive. They went out of the way to helpful with our yatra
