HOTEL NEK KATRA

Hotel is good. But the staff and management are not professional at all. Don't care tourist feelings and limitations. We have booked 3 rooms for 2 days. Due to the plan change we haven't used day 1 booking .. on day 2 early morning we came back from main temple by walking , it's 12 km. So tired. Requested them for a late check in if they don't any booking . They are so harsh that they made staff stand near our doors and made us check out and wait in waiting area. We have waited around 4 hours in waiting area for our bus to start. In this 4 hours not even a single check in happened. We were so disappointed and lost hope in kindness. If they have made 3 rooms money from us as free, they should have accepted for late check out for one room at least so that kids can rest more time. When ordered food, they bring the food from kitchen with no covers on plate. Same with tea.. not even lod on it. Served cold tea in the morning hhuh. But crages are done correctly.. no compromise. While checking out whole staff stood in line for tip. Crazy .. management should be changed and staff should be trained for customer satisfaction. I know it's all business but this too commercial.

I have no any issues with hotel nek but they suggested me Vishal tour - besides hotel nek (Mr . Akshu chowdhary - tour agency own by hotel nek ) for kashmir trip . It horrible experience . I already wrote my experience in Vishal tour review. Please don't book bus or any kind of taxi service from them

Good and clean hotel on the main road and near the railway station and main market. Economic and good view of yatra marg.

The staff were rude we had to change room and one of there man pointed the finger to us that clear the room in 5 mins and wifi not working and lot of stuff

Average hotel. Rooms are good, does not include a water kettle. Service is OK Location is fine. This is around 2 km from the main Katra bus stand.

Bathrooms were dirty, If you are hygenic person then avoid it.

Triplet room is best. I recommend to all pilgrims coming to katra with family this hotel. The beds are super comfy and the triplet room is must and best for families. And there is always a beautiful view of Vaishno devi temple from the window.

We booked this hotel for 3 days, so rooms were cleaned, service was good. You can see the temple of Mata Ardhkuwari from hotel.I faced a problem with wifi but Mr Bittu manager helped us. I suggest this as decent place.They are having all types of rooms from basic to luxurious.This hotel is on kashmir road and having distance of 750 mtrs away from main market and 1 kms away from katra railway station. Food and service were also good. If you want to take your meal in hotel, You can order. Thanks Mr Bittu ji for your cooperation and helping us. Jai Mata Di.
