OYO 10752 Hotel Sitara International

A nice hotel to stay in Katra ! Pick and drop to Mata Vaishno devi is available and the staff is very co operative ! Rooms are also good and they even provide you with extra mattresses! A very pleasant stay ! And will definitely suggest you to stay there if you are visitng Vaishno devi !

Good stay. Bed was little uneven. You can feel the springs inside. Customer service was exceptionally good. I ordered a medicine late at night and they sent someone to purchase it from a nearby shop. Room was ok. Location is pretty good. Staff is polite.

It was ok Type ; Firstly Hotel Denied Check-in despite full payment via OYO They have some issue with OyO Regarding Tarrif so They refused me to allot room . Later on they did after some resolution with OyO manager that too I have arranged via customer care. Apart from that ; No Breakfast Provided Pest control need to be done in rooms ( lots of insects ) My room bathroom door was broken. Maintenance not being done . Reception guys are ok but lack basic ethics . Room service is good

Stayed for a day to visit Vaishno devi in Sitara International. Its reasonably priced. Location is good as its 1 km from railway station and near Bazaar. They have pick and drop facility to Badganga between 6am - 11pm. One can also get a sim for 250 which only works in J&K. No facility of food available. Tea can be ordered. The rooms are small and cozy. Our room had a balcony. Towels and soap was provided. Tip- Always see 2,3 rooms before deciding which one to stay. (Stay- February 2023)

This is the WORST HOTEL in which I stayed till now. I booked five rooms but all rooms have some problems like flush is not working, wash basin tap are like fountain, taps are leaking, rooms are not well lit, during night they cut off the electricity supply of rooms, if you complain to hotel staff regarding these problems they insist that all the things are working fine, they don't bothered about your problem. I don't refer any body to stay in this hotel, it's better if you stay in some dharamshala you will get more facilities. Mr. Sonu, the person who is on reception desk, is most untrustworthy person, he commit you something and then deny completely.

Very poor service... They will leave you helpless after check-in. They are not very welcoming. Don't expect too much from them. Especially from receptionist Sumit. Don't trust on there commitments, especially on taxi booking, timing. The food is very bad and unhygienic dirty plates and bowls. unprofessional staff .

Nothing good about this hotel. No wifi working, no geyser working, no showers working, bed sheets are super dirty, cleanliness is zero. Overall I don’t think that anybody should book a room here specifically if they are with family.

Value for money Budget hotel. Nothing like international🙂.Good staff, nice food. If you book locally instead of oyo then you get more facilities like free pick drop etc.
