NillBig NO to this hotel. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad hotel no cleanliness, mannerless staff, big thieves. Been to so many hotels nobody charges for milk of baby but they charged 40 rs for a glass of plain without sugar milk for a 2 year old kid which is not even 250 ml. Don’t stay here as they don’t know how to show hospitality to the customers. Just only need money. If there was an option was negative stars I have given that only.

NillWorst hotel. And the reception guy is literally pathetic . They'll promise you many things but once you check in, it'll be a nightmare for you. Further, the rooms were dirty and smelly. DON'T BE LURE FOR CAB SERVICE because it is equally pathetic It will take too much time and 8-10 people will be sitting in a space of 6 Also, they'll leave you 1km away from railway station. The worst person in the history of makind is the reception guy, whatever the guy name is but looting in a holy place, the guy should have some shame. I hope he get what he deserve. TIP: ALMOST ALL HOTEL PROVIDE CAB SERVICE FREE SO GO THERE NOT HERE

NillWe got to know about this hotel from their guy at the railway station, didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. He offered us a deal that included a hotel room, cab pickup and drop service between the railway station - hotel & bangagnga - hotel. This was good to have, no worries about haggling with local autos. The room was pathetic, the flush was broken & water flowed from it constantly & when we complained they stopped it with some trick telling us the button was stuck but the issue happened as soon as we used the system, clearly a faulty one. The handle of the door was broken from outside & he didn't get it fixed after complaining also. The clothes hook was broken inside the bathroom & there were no towels inside. We requested late check-out since it would take us time to get down from the bhavan, on the railway station we were told it would be a couple of hundreds only for extending an hour after checkout time(12pm) but at the hotel we were told they'll extend upto 12:30 & charge for the entire day after that. They gave us the other option to keep our stuff in their lockers so that way we could checkout late & not be charged for it. The good things about this place were the food, which was okay & reasonably priced and in good quantity and the car service Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here

NillThis hotel is very dirty, the rooms are very dirty, the bathroom is very dirty, no matter how much I say, it will not clean, the manager does not have the courtesy to talk to you, if you deposit your belongings in the locker, your belongings will go missing. Neither the owner nor the manager will listen, no one should go to this hotel, all this has happened to me, that is why I am writing.

NillThe receptionist need to be taught some manners and management principles, the room service providers need to be taught some etiquettes of knocking on door and not barging and overall this hotel needs to be sealed it's a huge scam they booked our tickets to shivkhori via bus and first thing the hotel cab dropped us halfway to the bus stand we had to run for our bus while we almost missed it also the hotel booked us bus tickets through them took commission and still we got no seat in the bus we had to adjust even after paying extra for every person last thing the bus driver told us the bus will leave 6 pm but the bus left 10 pm reached late and the hotel receptionist took no responsibility for any of this they were blaming us for the tickets they booked also they booked tickets for the wrong bus it took us 3 rounds from bus stand to ticket counter to justify that our bus ticket had wrong bus number so I want to file a complaint against this hotel but thinking of leaving them in name of god otherwise using them will be my first option

NillWorst management, unhygienic rooms and very slow service. The manager was arrogant. They told us that they will provide us with free transportation but they charged us for dropping at the railway station.The worst stay I ever had in my life. I would not even give this hotel a 1 star. The cockroach and spiders were roaming around in the room.
