Don't stay, don't stay...This is the worst & Third Class Hotel... The owner of this hotel are so arrogance.. And doesn't have the manner to talk with the Customer.. Rudely behaviour.. And the room are also Dirty.. No Electricity. The inverter battery died... even after complaining they didn't check the inverter. they took payment in advance. No refund at all.

After watching YouTube video, I booked a room at the recommended hotel for a one-night stay. Despite the promising aspects, my experience was disappointing. The staff was rude, services were lacking, and it felt like they took advantage of the situation, showing zero understanding or cooperation. This was especially disheartening after our visit to Mata Rani. I've already paid, and it's unfortunate. It seems the popularity of your video led many to book, hoping for a positive experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. I urge everyone to visit and judge for themselves. Jai Mata Di 🙏🙏🙏

Very Good place to stay for all भक्त who are coming For Mata वैष्णो देवी दर्शन. Room is clean,Toilet are also clean.In Bothroom you can get hot water. From Katra Railway station approx 1km. Affordable price. I prefer to everyone.

The hotel was absolutely horrendous the experience was so bad that I can only be explained In one word degrading. Please donot even consider this place. Arrogant staff , helllike service , no promise fulfilled like hot water availablity , ver small rooms not even clean . At last I would end the review by saying that it is a insult on in the name of hospitality .

Worst hotel of my life, we stayed for 2 days there and our room was 206 now they might change it but the room was full of cockroack 🪳 when we went to vaishno devi our room was locked and turned off light... after we came back and swi5ch on the lights there were literally 1 thousand! Cockroack. Inside the broken switch board and bed and all places..... I really don't like this place worst ever
