Overall - a recommended place to stay. In case i visit Katra would like to stay here again. Pros: — spacious rooms and washrooms. — clean. — AC for summers. Quilt and geysers for winters. — prime location. Very near to market. — the staff is polite and owners are helpful. They helped us in arranging taxi for railway station early morning 5 am. Cons, — No lift. Its needed as after yatra its difficult to climb — the hotel is around 100 meter walk from main road inside an alley. The road is partially narrow and not built. But since area is well litt, it totally fine. Cannot comment on, — Food: We tried only tea. Day 1 it wasnt good. Day2 we got modified as per request. Then it was fine

We had a very pleasant stay. Great location, clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything Regards. we were very happy in our stay, if i come back to Katra your hotel will be my first choice..... Best hotel

I stayed Satya Residence and it was excellent. Staff was very calm and helping specially Lovish. They will share proper details about the location, welcome you and help you in guidance of how to start the yatra, from where you can get tickets or cards n all. Rooms were clean, cozy and spacious. Food was tasty. Thank you for providing such a delightful stay. It was and will be the best choice to stay for visiting Vaishno Devi. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Staying at Satya Residence was excellent choice to stay for visiting Vaishno Devi, exceptional service stood out as one of the highlights of our stay.
