Ns palace hotel in Katra is very good and well maintained and rooms are also very good and well cleaned.And staff of this hotel is also very good and service of room boys are very quick and fast.i like this hotel and location and view near by this hotel

Very bad service. No attendant at reception to fulfil your needs. Geyser, wifi, TV don't work most of the time.

I wish i could give negative on this hotel experience. Owner is too aggressive and rude to customers. 😐🥺 We went to Jammu for Vaishnodevi darshan and our driver took us to this hotel and told .. owner is my brother.. He showed us a room and told he will give for a certain price which was very High than its actual worth on apps and we told to driver we found another hotel so we want to go there.. then the hotel owner started fighting and telling you are insulting my hotel and then i told that you give us this room for so and so price.. and he agreed instantly. Then he took us to fourth floor to hotel staff rooms.. instead of third floor where he showed us the good room.. Hotel staff room was so dirty with dirty pillows and broken toilet with pad waste thrown on ground in it.. adding some pictures you can see dirt marks on the pillow in the picture for such a high cost.. best thing was that we spent whole night at vaishno devi top as darshan kept us busy.. but after coming back we did not even had a place to nap after climbing four floors via stairs as there is no lift also.. so sad 😢😢😢😢😭

Hotel room was good but the maintenance & service was poor no room in three days not a single day bad sheet changed. The problem there is no lift in four story Hotel it was minus point.

Owner humiliates customers for staying in their hotel....what a joke...don't book this fake hotel
