Staff is really good, Especially Vijay & Rahul at front desk. Restaurant staff is also very caring & helpful. Location is very good; almost centre from train station, market & Yatra start point. Nice, clean and equipped property. Only feedback to include both way transfer (pick up & drop) in regular tariff deal. Rest all is perfect.

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. We booked it due to the proximity to the city center. The hotel stay was a pleasant experience, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the property itself was clean and hygienic. The room are comfortable and clean. Complimentary pick up or drop is a part of the package. Thanks to the management and all staff for making our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay here on our next visit.

Awesome visit to this resort. The staff specially front office team were so kind and helpful. Everything was 10/10. Food, view, everything was great. The room service was also very fast. Lovely visit to katra. Surely recommend this resort to family and friends

The stay was very good . Hospitality was too good. Location is prime and very near by temple. Service was fast. Food was delicious. We are here for 3 nights although we enjoyed allot. Must visit place in katra they help you to book tickets for darshan also.

Overall experience was awesome. Bed, pillows, amenities, breakfast all are too good. Cleanliness and over all behavior of the staff was also too good and helpful. We had train at 8:30 am so apart from having breakfast, the packedus few sandwiches, muffins and fruits on our request.

Me and my dad had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our Vaishno Devi trip. The hospitality was exceptional, with the breakfast crew going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant start to the day. The hotel's location is perfect - right in the middle of town, yet surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful escape. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays

It was an excellent experience. Lovely property , delicious food and service is very fast . Very cooperative staff . Rahul in F&B really guide us very well and thanks to the hotel valet service. Also thank to Mr Kushal gm of the hotel for special regards. |Do visit the property.
