I could not give zero rating just because of no option... manager's behaviour was too rude...his behaviour at time of booking was completely different..he hesitates to provide rooms basic services....we booked 3 rooms (2 double bed+1 triple bed)& he denied to drop our all 11 members in the main market which he promised earlier before booking...he clearly said us ki 'hume bhi to kuch kamai aani chahiye hath mei ek ride mei aap jitne Jaa sakte ho chale jao'..then why you promised before booking?We faced some electricity cut offs in midnight & noon may be it was any fault at that time..not sure about that..rooms cleanliness was ok..rooms service number was not working ..
