OYO 42647 Hotel Jmc

The rooms are small. The door knobs were broken. They could not provide hot water for bathing. Bathroom Flush was not working. The beds were good. Bathroom and rooms were clean. Geyser was not functional. Hot water was not easily available.

Bad behaviour of staff, dirty rooms, rooms were filled with dampness smell like you vomit, flys flying inside the rooms, bedsheets were not cleaned, didn't provide breakfast which was mentioned in my booking, they also didn't change the bedsheets and towels in my 3dsys and 2night stay, guys don't book this hotel this is my worst experience in my life, and door lock was broken too which pictures are uploaded. Even lattreen seat was broken, bathroom window s were broken too

Dear Oyo team You are only sharing your apologies for the misbehaviour and bad service of this hotel without any solution. Also you aren't bother to check the issues of the guests and your team has updated the fraud details about this hotel without checking the same. It's a very pathetic and unexpected bad service from oyo. I'm requesting to all the guests don't book this lodge for your stay. A Also I'm not interested to give one star also this hotel but here no such options available .

The room was stinking and there was no water in the washroom. Overall not a good service.
