Worst experience ever... This is the worst hotel in Jammu. The hotel owner is very rude And the staff is also very useless. They make false statements during check-in and After checking in, the owner does not fulfill any of his statements. They promise to provide pick and drop facilities but later do not even provide the facilities. The hotel services are very bad, the food was also not good, hotel rooms were not clean, washrooms were also very dirty and per day charges for the room are also very high .... Whoever is going to visit Jammu, I would recommend them all not to visit in this hotel please.

Worst staff ever..the manager was very rude and arrogant..before taking the room they falsly promise us to provide taxi services to banganga..but when we returning back to hotel the manager refuse to provide cab and talked us very rudely.hotel room was also very dirty.. I don't recommend this hotel.

This is the worst hotel. I would suggest you all not to visit in this hotel. Hotel service are very bad, food was also not good and room were also not clean. Washrooms were also very dirty. Hotel owner was very rude.

The worst stay ever The staff is the most rudest I do not recommend No pillow provided The rooms are super dirty The bathrooms are also super dirty We asked the staff to clean but they denied and told us that they cannot clean unless we check out. The photo uploaded was being the boss around and was the most rudest of them We had seniors with us and they cannot communicate in any other language other than Gujarati, the staff was being rude to my grandparents and was saying that learn to speak hindi if they want to travel. Like wth it doesn’t make any sense. I don’t think this is an easy stay hotel

Worst experience we stay there and asked to clean bathroom but they haven't clean and there geyser is also not working and staff behaviour is rude don't know what they think of themself don't stay there U will be frustrated in a day by staff behaviour . Bad experience with them 😞😞

Outer look Good, Resturant Good, price wise Food Quality and Quantity is impressive, Rooms : Very Bad, Smelling rooms, Bed Sheet was dirty, Old and loose fitting furnitures, Noisy fan, electric fittings are out of cabinet I got electric shock too, Washroom : Never experienced such a bad bathroom, flush was not working , water logging problem, fitting was loose and water leakage make you uneasy. Room Service: pathetic , no one bother, I stayed 2 days there in two different rooms intercom was not working in both of the rooms, you have to go down to reception for any service and most of the time you found no one there, on arrival they would not provide you any towel , shop or drinking water, you have to run to reception atleast 4 to 5 times for it. Don't expect any service at your room , they will not provide.

Our stay at this hotel was the worst ever. The rooms were horrible, dirty. The bedsheets were so dirty and smelly. The hotel manager Mr Bali's behaviour was very bad. He was very rude and not at all hospitable. He did not behave well with the guests. We had booked our hotel through a travel agency and after paying the amount to the travel agent he feared that he would not get his money so he cut off our electricity light. We had to stay in the hotel for 2 days but he behaved very badly so we left after 2 days only. Also, they never got food on time thinking we would not pay when everything was booked by travel agent.||I SUGGEST YOU ALL TO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY. BAD HOSPITALITY.

Rooms are good but there are a few things to keep in mind, there's an inconsistent supply of electricity in that area, though there's a generator but the owner said "aa jaegi light" and didn't turn the generator on, the geyzer particularly in our room was not working very consistently, we had to face some issues with it too, the blanket provided was torn. Decent experience overall.
