Title: A Nightmare Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this was a place to be avoided at all costs. Let's start with the bathroom, which was nothing short of a disaster. The tiles were cracked, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. The towels provided were in terrible condition, with stains and an unpleasant odor that made me question their cleanliness. It was clear that the hotel's housekeeping standards were abysmal, leaving guests with a feeling of discomfort and disgust. Moving on to the bed and bedding, it was a nightmare. The mattress was old, worn-out, and incredibly uncomfortable. I could feel the springs poking through, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The bedsheets were no better – they were worn, tattered, and stained, adding to the overall sense of uncleanliness and discomfort. To make matters worse, the room had numerous maintenance issues. The sockets and regulators were not functioning properly, which meant I couldn't charge my devices or adjust the temperature in the room. It was incredibly frustrating to have these basic amenities not working, adding to the overall disappointment of my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location was far from ideal. It was situated in a questionable area, with a lack of security and a feeling of unease. I didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. The noise from the streets was constant, making it difficult to find any peace or relaxation within the hotel premises. Lastly, the staff were unhelpful and indifferent to guests' concerns. They showed no willingness to address the maintenance issues or provide any sort of assistance. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. When I asked to change the room they gave me a key of a room with common bathroom. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. The poor bathroom conditions, uncomfortable beds and bedding, malfunctioning sockets and regulators, and unfavorable location make it a place to avoid. Don't subject yourself to such a disappointing and unpleasant experience – look for alternative accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction

We halted here on our way to Vaishnodevi darshan. The hotel is located in market area and quite walkable to the local market. The condition of the rooms is very poor. Water leakage in the bathrooms, water seepage in walls of the bedroom. No hygiene. I didn't even want to click pictures and post.

The stay was amazing. The staff was really considerate, the rooms were clean, and view from the windows was really nice (could see clouds from there). And most importantly, the rooms were clean. The staff was very prompt with our requests and in addition, the food places and shopping places were really close. At walking distance. The only negative thing that I found that were the furniture and the linen. It wasn't that great. But didn't matter to us that much because our plan was to stay outdoors mostly.

Hotel is very good, one side of hotel has direct view of vaishno devi mountains which is really very mesmerizing. Main market is very near with a walking distance of 10 min and Railway Station as well. Staff is very cool and supportive. Rest oyo standards like beds and washrooms are good.Placed on the main road in market area,easy to locate, Rooms are neat and tidy Wash rooms also clean. Lift is not there but 2nd and 3Rd floor rooms are better. Food wise tastier and satisfactory dinner for sure. Reception desk approach and behavior of staff is good. Wifi was working I am happy for that. Thanks a lot

I stayed at the property last year and booked through OYO as I got a good value for money deal. Check in was smooth and the manager was super friendly. However, bed linen was not clean and seems was not changed for the last few stays. Property is close to the railway station but Banganga is too far and unfortunately, the hotel does not provide pick up and drop facility as other budgets hotel does in that area. Overall, nice property to stay.

I stayed with my family for two nights in the hotel. It is small budget hotel offering all basic amenities but lacks cleanliness in dinning area and other common area. rooms are good to send night with AC working fine. Breakfast timings do not suit most of persons going early to Vaisno Mata visit by Helicopter. Front desk is congested bur services are satisfactory. Basement parking is available for cars.Food quality is also average.

Room was okay and staff was nice too but the basic things were missing like nobody even ask for water food was not available at hotel. It was looking like cleaning of the room not done since very that may be possible due to the less number of guests nowadays but this is the basics for all the hotels. Can be maintained better.
