Nice experience....neat and clean room, bathroom.... lovely location.....can stay here with family while visiting maa vaishno devi..... lots of food options available around this hotel..... proper condition with nearby..... love to stay here.....

The hotel staff is full of gratification and Mr. Nekram who manages the Hotel stay left no stone unturned in providing us the comfort and our various needs during our visit. One should surely book if you're looking to visit katra for the yatra as it's located adjacent to the very old bus depot in katra which is surrounded by shops, restaurants etc. easily accessible from the hotel

2 points of concern. Rest all good. 1. They dont allow single guest. Online portals dont have this check. Please call hotel before travel. 2. They dont have a kitchen. You wont even get a plate if you get food from outside. Please decide accordingly.

Stayed here with Family, booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Decent Hotel, neet and clean place. The owner Chandan was very good, He provided checkin early morning at 6am as requested and the rooms were fine, not that good, not bad though. Enough to take some rest post journey. The bathrooms were also okay to stay. Do recommend this property at affordable prices, good staff and decent services.

I would give this hotel a negative review if I could. Liers, cheaters and treat their guests like thieves. These people cut electricity on purpose so that you can’t use AC. They show you more expensive rooms so that you can’t choose the cheaper room that’s available. I think the staff is cheating on the owner as they didn’t give us any bill receipt they just took the money. We had to leave after one horrible night and took another hotel.

It's name is paradise, it should be hell. Manager and owner is so rude. They said the person who booked the room can stay also not family members .

Rooms are just kaam chalau. Food options are not available in this hotel but it's near to bus stand where one can get plenty of options to have food. Staffs and cooperative and helpful and it will cost u in terms of charges.

They are totally fake and cheaters never ever go with them........and also never book it online because they will change their norms and rules of their hotel after you reach their and try to leave it ,they are so rude to express and fraud and also no aticate to talk to ladies .
