Room and service are awesome. Behavior of staffs is very polite and they give the proper guidance. Kitchen staff are superb. They serve us dinner at 1:00 AM after return from vaishno Devi without any agitation.

We all 19 family members are highly recommended of this hotel for best rooms and pick up and drop facility. When we reach station i call the driver and he pick uo on time and provide all help like RFID card making and rooms was amazing clean and staff of this hotel is great . We all feel like my home so if u go yo vaishno debi the stay at shiv shakti residency becoz night view of trikut parvat is seen amazing in this hotel.

Reception staffs are very rude… can’t explain how they treat with customer .. literally worst experience, even rooms are not good.. staff are only money minded..please don’t go this hotel.. again i am telling don’t go this worst hotel.even staff are not cooperative at all. They don’t mercy whether we are tired or not, even after telling take some extra money to extend 1 hour after 12 oclock checking out time. They are just uncivilised , don’t know who the hell have hired them. I can’t believe in holy places they are like this, they treat like this, these type of people literally making money .

It is a very Bed location, I am staying here since 14th, but for the first time I have made the mistake of staying here. Pls request all of you to stay in the main market so that you or your family can get food or marketing. No problem, main market is of any use to youYou will have to go here or even to have darshan of Mata, you will have to go far away from here, your beauty will not be filled at this place, this is my experience of 15 years, please do not stop here, Jai Mata Di
