An absolute nightmare of a stay! This hotel utterly failed to meet its promises. The staff, particularly the person at reception, was not only unhelpful but also outrageously rude. Instances of shocking misbehavior, including abusive language in the local dialect, made the experience even worse. Basic amenities were either unavailable or in a deplorable condition, and any attempts to seek assistance were met with hostility and indifference. Furthermore, the promised pick-up and drop facilities were outright denied at real time. This entire experience was deeply disappointing and untrustworthy. I strongly urge Mr. Ritesh Aggarwal to investigate this matter and remove this hotel from your business platform immediately.

Very rude staff highly unhygienic rooms and bathroom pathetic service.... These people are pathetic goons and thugs doing fraud at time of payment by charging unnecessarily extra Kindly save urself by not checking in in this hotel🙏

Very bad experience, behaviour of the staff was so rude and vulgar. Service is too bad, rooms are very unhygienic, after taking money no pickup and drop service given but taken full money. Don't go for this type of hotel.

Rooms are decent good place to stay for short time to get ready for your yatra they provide pickup and drop from hotel to yatra starting point and from station as well all inclusive in the room rate

Please never visit this hotel this is a worst place to stay. They all are the scammers They just try to scam you every time. And the behaviour of the staff just f..... I recommend to book your room near the fountain Chock. At last don't make this mistake please.

Very worst hotel and very worst service. The staff behaviour was rude. Specially Hotel manager Nitin behaviour was very rude with us he have no manner that how do speach with costumers he said us please cancel hotel booking right now because I will talk like as . And also said please do.nt come again here because i do.nt want any customers to come in my hotel. i don't need any customers.. manager nitin is a very rude person. And The hotel denied pick up and drop facility which they have promised during check-in and Oyo please remove this hotel from their website....is hotel ka manager ek number ka btameez insan h aisa btameez insan mene apne life me nhi dekha.....ye nitin manager duba dega is hotel ke Malik ko.....

I had a fully paid confirmed booking for 3 rooms but the hotel refused to give us a room saying it was a problem of OYO I tried to call OYO support but could not reach anyone. :-( Had to wait 2 hours in middle of the night with kids and family and only after long arguments the hotel sent us to another really cheap and dirty room nowhere close to the price we paid ☹️ Will never use it again.
