Hotel staff and owner is very polite and nice person.food quality is also good.we stayed for 4 days in gordon house comfortable stay.room was cleen.staff was cooperat.wonderful experience. I feel comfortable.all the arrangements and cleanliness was very nice in the hotel.

Room is very spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom was not much clean when I told staff they send person to clean again. View from my window is marvelous, hill top view of mountain covered with snow caps. WiFi signal is low in room so you have to seat in lobby area if want to access this. Staff is very cooperative here.

Very very very bad stay in Katra and plZ plz no need to stay in Hotel Gordon House it's for all review viewer, Else I have bad room posture images also I'll live it and they don't provide services in any manner and charged ₹400 from hotel to SVDK Katra station (₹100 charged by auto) no value of words with Paratha don't provide curd if you'll ask them for curd then after 45min they'll give till then food will finish so think from your mind what are they serving (in holy place of Mata Vaishno Devi they do false commitment with room cleanliness, food and pillows, blankets, bed.) Once you enter in room after check in no body will come to you for any service if you told any one to serve water bottle then it'll take 1:30 hrs to serve and intercom provide in every room but anytime they cut the power of room so if you required any thing then you have to go reception directly if you will ask anything or do question for anything then they say only a one tag line of Katra (JAI MATA DI) after it you can't say anything and Mr. Mohan demand for extra money to give to their hotel staff as an tip. Rest you can see in pic about room.

room was good but behaviour was not at all good specially general manager sunita. If hotel has mention some complementary services then they must fulfill them instead of making excuses .Even for hot water need to request again and again.

The hotel is quite good. They provide vehicle facility for pick up and drop but the service is quite slow. problem is with the service too as the service is poor. When i stayed there they are having wi fi . when i asked them password then they told that wi fi is not working. Don't know whether they were right or just saying lie to us.

Hotel is situated inside a narrow lane. However, the hotel itself is good for budget stay. Staff is friendly, helped with local market and bus information. They even gave us complimentary helipad drop.

Worst hotel have ever seen.Stinky bathrooms. Very bad service. Money is not at all worth to this. Room boys directly come to room without our approvals. Please don't book this hotel at all. Nivedita (Wife of Rakesh)
