Hotel Ashoka International, Railway road katra

So, Basically Overall stay was amazing.. The staff was very polite and helpful in nature. They also served the pick and drop facilty to the customers. Also the most positive point was they gave us extra 1 hr after the checkout also. A place to must visit for stay in katra. Mr Rajesh who was the hotel manager was very pleasant in nature . Must recommended!

Staff is courteous the and behaved .we come bit early and they they room ready quickly forever family. Rooms are in clean and good hotel.would love to stay again if you are looking for budget hotel with simple amenities you are surely go for it

Fraudulent owner, fraudulent company, and rude staff. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. They only care about money—offering zero service and zero customer relations. It’s absolutely not worth visiting. The toilets are filthy, and they make fake promises before charging you far more than initially quoted. The drivers are either intoxicated or rude, and the staff was drunk and disrespectful toward the guests.

This hotel is very poor… management is not good. Hotel staff has no manners to talk to customers … they make fool to the clients by misguiding them about providing the tour facility… please don’t trust them at all..
