OYO 5348 Hotel Sahil

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude, and even basic amenities were not working, such as the room telephone. Additionally, the washroom did not have an exhaust fan, and the door locks were broken. The worst part was that they did not honor their own commitments. They had promised us a drop-off service to the station but failed to provide it in the end, bluntly stating that they didn’t care even if we wrote a bad review about them. The staff was not only rude but also lacked basic manners and etiquette.

If there was zero star option in review then I would have given that,worst hotel even basic amenities were not working, such as the room telephone. bathroom tap was also broken and leaking Overall it's the most overpriced costly worthless hotel in katra. Dont fall in their trap by seeing the number of vehicles parked outside the hotel,those vehicles are of those agents/drivers who get commission to bring people to their hotel as those people have come for the first time so they don't have any idea. Trust me there are much much better cheaper hotels than this hotel......

The staff is very rude especially the manger at night . He starts abusing .Even power back was not working . Wifi shows "no internet". Water was dripping from the geyser. Air conditioners doesn't has a remote.If u want to save ur money and there are better hotel on same location .

If there was zero star option in review then I would have given that,worst hotel ,cockroaches on the floor,hot water is not available,doors don't have locks so they can't be closed,bathroom tap was also broken and leaking,TV shows black and white channels only, lastly manager is very ill mannered.Overall it's the most overpriced costly worthless hotel in katra. hotel sahil is the bestest hotel in katra city the service provided by the staff especially the owner namely basit rahi who us personally interacting with the customers and provide them best facilities and also facilitate the customers with taxis we as customers highly obelige Mr. basit rahi and all the staff of hotel sahil

Hotel management must upgrade to maintain proper cleanness in the room. Water issues are bathroom. Staff services were so so. One cannot refer to this hotel with hygiene concern

Very poor servive derserves rating in negative, no clean room, no sofisticated staff, worse than 3rd class hotels. Recommend go never visit this hotel
