Amazing stay in Katra! Rooms were clean, service was prompt, and staff was polite. Manager Satveer was especially helpful and courteous. The hotel offers free pick & drop from Katra station, which is super convenient. Located near the main market and just 5-7 minutes’ walk from Banganga check post. Peaceful environment, perfect for a comfortable Vaishno Devi trip.

Not recommended. We stayed in this hotel from 19th april 2025 for 2 nights. It was worst experience. Room condition was very bad. AC plug was open, window glass was broken. Only one guy during day time was in hotel to supportt. Hotel approach was not good and through open drains. It was one of bad experience with any hotels I stayed before. Room no 201

Very bad experience with them as room washroom as water logging issue arise, when I complaint or change the room they asked to 800 Rs extra for cleaning and leave the hotel with immediate They charged 1000 rs for 2 hours only using washroom service.

The staff was cooperative and helpful... And the rooms were comfortable and I really enjoyed the place...The location was in a nice place and easy to get there... The manager Satveer Sayal has immense knowledge and the behaviour was friendly
