I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns, as it seems like a cautionary tale for potential guests. Unpleasant Odors Everywhere: The rooms had a persistent and unpleasant smell that made the stay highly uncomfortable. It was not just limited to the room; even the beds and blankets carried the same unwelcoming odor. Lack of Ventilation: The rooms lacked proper ventilation, exacerbating the issue with the lingering odors. This made it difficult to breathe and contributed to an overall unpleasant atmosphere. Basic Amenities Missing: Shockingly, essentials like towels and drinking water were not provided in the room. This is a basic expectation for any accommodation and their absence significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Inadequate Customer Service: Once you check in, don't expect any assistance if something is not working in your room. The management's unwillingness to address issues promptly is disappointing and reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Unprofessional Staff: The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards elders. Such disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Overcharging for Subpar Service: To add insult to injury, the room that was initially priced at ₹700 ended up costing ₹1300. This overcharging for subpar service is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was regrettable, and I strongly advise against choosing it for accommodation. The combination of unpleasant odors, lack of ventilation, missing amenities, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff make it clear that this establishment does not prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. Save your money and choose a more reputable hotel for a pleasant stay.

Don't waste money on this hotel, everything is bad in this hotel 700₹ room will cost 1300. 1. Smelly rooms 2. Smelly beds & blankets 3. No ventilation in the room 4. No towel & drinking water facility 5. Once you check in in the room if anything is not working they will not change ur room. 6. Loosers are there all are motherboards. 7. Misbehaving with elders

If it is possible I would rather give it minus 1, but no way to give that. The staffs are very rude and unprofessional, they just wants to push any room to you, if you not observe your room properly you will be in a very bad situation, as there is almost no ventilation in room, one exhaust fan is there which is not working, light is not working and the staff is not bothered about that, they just said its not possible to keep it on. There is a huge dustbin kept in the stairway, instead of saying repeatedly to move that they are not ready to move that, you have to walk beside that in a very narrow path. Not at all recomended to anyone, much better options are there beside this hotel.

Very bad experience....too much attitude of the hotel staff...floor Matt not provided....dirty bed sheet and pillow. Hotel room only have a working 9 watt bulb....no proper generator for backup electricity....so AC or geyser will not work if there is no electricity....over charged us for the room

They all are cheaters. We already paid them for room & at the time of check-out they told us you didn't pay us. They had denied that you didn't pay. We have to pay again. Worst staff, worst hotel. Their driver cum staff is very bad person, very rude & cheater.

Third class catagory hotel please don't stay with family no cleaning no water supply proper working staff is not professional all in one I will never visit again 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
