Thumbs up to 1. Location: very close to Katra bus stand where everything is easily accessible 2. Staff : Friendly and helpful Thumbs down Room: got a room on ground floor where just after opening the room windows you can see heap of garbage and waste thrown poorly just in front of you. Floor titles were broken and charging points were not working. Since it was peak summer, the room was uncomfortably hot and after requesting the staff a cooler was provided which provided a temporary relief. Please opt for AC room and check the room before confirming the booking Overall experience was a mixed one

Hotel is average and we need a bus to arrive Amritsar hotel manager provide us but the bus is very bad the seats are torn down and wet too so we don't like it we are very unhappy...

Worst hotel. There are ants on the bed and lizards roaming around the room. The staff is also rude. Dampness all around. The room is totally different from the pictures shown on internet.

Room number 402(family Room) in your hotel, August 2023. I was given room number 413 in September 2024, I liked your hotel, I will stay in your hotel next year too.

If you are with your family then I would not recommend it. This hotel is completely useless, there is no room service, no number, no telephone, if you say anything to their staff, they avoid it and go away, there are termites and bedbugs in the room, otherwise it is a number one looting hotel.

To start with positive note about this place 1. Closest to Katra bus stand, market 2. The view of Trikuta Parvat is the best from its lobby... Now coming to hotel room feedback. Rooms are spacious but not clean. Bathroom is very very dirty, very unhygienic. Fan was making very annoying noises.

Hotel condition is very good also staff behaviour is good. View from room to Mata Vaishno Devi Darbar is awesome. Please visit this hotel this is my opinion.
