Excellent and comfort stay. Newly built, neat and clean premises and rooms. Location- 4 nearby market and bus stand. Rooms- 5 bug size and neat Food- 4 hygienic and good taste Service- 4 can be improved a little, staff is polite and receptive

Good stay. |I had a great stay and experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office. Staff at office is so nice and cooperative. I booked room thorough general manager Mr Rakesh he give us upgraded room on arrival. Highly recommended hotel.

"Great Stay with Minor Improvements Needed!" I had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also a major plus, conveniently situated near market. However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connection could have been more reliable, especially during peak hours. Also, while breakfast was good, the variety could be expanded to cater to different dietary preferences. Despite these small drawbacks, my stay was pleasant and I would definitely consider returning to hotel in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and convenience at a great price.

This Place exudes cleanliness at every touch point possible rite from room,fittings and most importantly washrroms. Everything is spic and span. The politeness of the staff makes the while experience top notch. Special shout out to Rakeshji (manager) who was always available to help in every possible ways. Keep up with the service and cleanliness and this place will be topping the charts at Katra for tourists to stay.

The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. The only thing I want after the trek of maa vaishno devi is a soft bed and this place does the job very well. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. There are minor issues like my Ac was working when I got the room but stopped working when I got back after the trek, already tired and didn't think much of it as the temperature was okay so no harm done. Other than that the experience is fantastic.

The hotel was so neat and clean. We booked the family room and it was really nice. The staff is very polite and helpful. The stay was relaxing and it was near to the main market of katra.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Dewan Katra. Courteous, Polite and very accommodating management and staff. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms . Located in the main market. They also have facility of cloak room after checking out. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again.
