A terrible choice! The rooms were barely lit. The rooms and washrooms were not clean, with the washrooms smelling. Their bedsheets were dirty with bread crumbs on them, the tv did not function. The glasses they kept for water were also unclean. Getting tea requires a long wait. Basic things like pillows were not there and their beds too were terrible, probably very old considering the squeaky, sinking mattresses. The amenities they provided were also of very poor quality. Not worth at all. It is near the central market, which is its only plus point otherwise I regret staying here.

Room looked clean. That's all. But there were tiny cockroaches all around. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone... Hygiene was the biggest problem. Washroom had no bucket. There was no response even if it was asked 2 times. Food was not hygienic. All of our family members suffered from digestive issues. Of course, location is good.. it's close to the market... service was good.

The location mentioned on Google Maps is incorrect. Please do not use it. Use an auto-rickshaw or cab to reach the destination. We stayed for three days, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Despite numerous complaints, they didn't resolve it.

Average hotel. We had 2 nights-3 days stay. 1st day we were happy with the service we received, only the Toilet door lock was broken and not clean. But the very next day breakfast served late. Hot water were not available after 8-9am. Heaters are chargeable. Pickup drop cabs were not available while our check out.... But staff is polite, food is good, and nearby main market.

Strongly Avoid. Old Property Old Furniture Not maintaining Hygiene. No Hot water in many rooms. Not maintaining proper food order records which resulted dispute at the time of check out. No room cleaning even after told to do so. And replied you didn't ask for. Not providing Pick up and Drop service. Poor Taste of food.

Stayed at this place on a recent trip to Katra. Location is fine. Rooms are very average. Service is bad, they don't make proper arrangements despite requesting them 10 times. Wasted a lot of time because of their cab service. We were on a tight schedule so it pinched us a lot.

The lodge is not as presented in the pictures in fact it is much better. The rooms and washrooms are clean. There's a small balcony too which will acquaint you with the exterior picturesque view. I wouldn't advise ordering the food from the hotel itself. You may look out for some other dhabas outside they're quite good and has local food taste.

Average Unhygienic rooms for worth 1500 a day. Cab service to pick drop is denied in a passive way by using tactic of delaying and non-availability. Food is okay, but is not served on time and some of the staff does not follow what the customer is requesting. Overall, not what you'd expect in a place of worship. However, sadly most of the crowded places are likely to have same complaints. All you have to do is keeping throwing money, and not take any help from hotel except where they are getting commission and likely to abide. You'll have a peaceful stay then. Jai mata de.
