OYO 29199 Hotel Raj Residency - A

This is a fake hotel. I booked this hotel from Oyo when we reach at the destination these guys took us somewhere else. The hotel was absolute rubbish. No cleaning at all. And bed sheets were filled with lady hairs. There were stains all over the sheets and washroom. When we asked to change them and they started shouting at us. Staffs were coming in the rooms without asking and knocking on the door. And this place is a Cockroach House. They were literally everywhere. Wifi was not working and when it started working after 2-3 hours it was rubbish as well. This place is literally a trash bin. I will request Oyo to remove this place from there app if possible. All other customers were also complaining about this place. The owner started fighting with them and then I hear someone saying take him to police station.

the service of the restaurant was too bad and there are many cockroaches inside everything made of wodden i booked a room at 11 pm at night and i got instant regret after booking this if you off the lights of the room then the room is full of cockroaches you,ll need to stay on the lights every time otherwise you can,t sit in the room you can book the other restaurants named devi empire which is in the left side of this bull shit restaurant just one request please check ratings of the hotel before book any hotel

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The staff personals are very rude and uneducated. We really had an unpleasant experience and were supposed to raise a complaint in police station since they were using bad words, but due to time constraints we moved from the place. Please don't prefer this hotel even if you're going with friends, rather you can stay in Katra Seva accommodation which is far more better for cheap rate.

It's the worst hotel with no room service available, bad and rude behaviour of the owner and most importantly everything is not in the working condition... The worst hotel ever.... Was a horrible experience... Will not give one star...👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Poor Services, Worst hotel experience ever had. Rooms are too dirty, bathroom door were not getting closed. There was very bad smell in blanket, and the walls of room were having fungi.

Worst hotel.. Very rude staff and people working there . It was very inconvenient to stay there..many better hotels are available. Equipment doesn't work properly. This hotel made my experience horrible.

Very awful hotel..gutka peek was there in the wall..tv was not working..buttons was broken and wifi was not catching in the room area.geyser was damaged from the buttons and not working..curtains was not also in the window.and window side area was dust dumping zone which was only 3 ft down from the window..hotel staffs are hooligans..once you will pay they can refuse all facilities after advance payment..you will be helpless there.. don't make a mistake to go there ...you can go hotel elegance near of that location which was good according to my experience..
