One of the worst hotel i have ever checked in. Hotel staff and manager were very rude... please don't book this hotel at any cost. Service was pathetic. Just trust me and and don't book it.

Ghatiya ek dum room bhi service bhi kbhi koi mat ana pani nhi ata bathroom m Or bolo toh kehte h abhi nhi dekhenge 10 bje k bad dekhenge

Ghatiya only a single room, no service, no food, no water, no bathroom. Or they say, we will not see it now, we will see it after 10 o'clock.

One of the worst hotel booking…rooms are very congested and smelly. Bhai na hawa aati room me na pani 😢 or cleaning to shayad inhone kabhi kari hi na hogi…totally wastage of money. Staff to itna ajeeb hai ki bs kya hi likhu. And they told free pik up and drop to ban ganga and railway station but jo driver hai inka wo itni rash drive karta hai ki kya hi likhu bs….or agar apne vehicle se ja rahe ho to yaha parking road par hi milegi. Soch smajh kar book karna. But baan ganga pass hai yaha se.

The staff is so strange, what should I write. And they told free pick up and drop to Ban Ganga and Railway Station but their driver drives so rashly, what should I write….and if you are going in your own vehicle then you will get parking on the road here only. Book after thinking carefully. But Ban Ganga is closer from here.
