Rooms were decent, nice place to stay very near to the katra railway station. The manager was really humble person even provided us the extra room in the middle of the night to stay for 2-3 hours. Very helpful staff and good people. Definitely recommend everyone to stay.

Very bad experience. After the advance booking and advance payment also they are not ready with rooms. After the booking of 3 rooms we have got 1 room at the time of arrival and another room we got when we return back after having darshan of mata. They still were not prepared with 3 rooms. Not every room has heaters. They don't have extra blankets. The bathroom doors are not closing properly. They just make fool of their customers. Very bad services of this hotel. Not recommended at all.

Rooms were good filled with bed bugs and cockroaches. Geyser is dependent on electricity. Hotel staff will make issues if you ask them to drop you somewhere. We stayed for 3 days and not even once did they arrange any pickup or drop. Whenever we asked for any drop, staff always made up an issue like driver not available or the location is nearby, you can just simply walk there (even if it was a 30min walk) we didn’t want to get into any argument so we ignored. Water runs out sometimes toh you will have to check every now and then when going washrooms and then they will switch on the motor. Overall it was nice cause of maata ji. Jai mata di

One of the worst hotels in Katra. I Booked this hotel at less price but during checkin they were asking for extra charges. I didn't find any alternative options and at last I've paid the extra amount. I Booked an AC room and they cut off electricity at midnight. What rubbish !!!!! When I tried to call them their phones were also dead. Don't ever book this hotel if you want your peaceful trip

Though it's a new hotel in business, but it's at the junction of road to Katra railway station, Jammu-Udhammpur highway and Banganga road. Service is prompt, with hot water facility and WiFi on demand. Some rooms are spacious with double and triple occupancy. Veg food available. Pick and drop available. Staff very helpful. It's affordable for low budget travelers. All this info on my 6 day stay!

Totally Worst services. Non coperative. Money minded. Maha f**du all Staf Specialy Receptionist. light jane par generator bhi nahi on krte. Even if u stay for 3 hours u will not recieve any anmenities and services.3rd class washroom facility. Rudest Behavior. Better to stay at dharmshala.

The average hotel. From railway station the walking distance around 7-10 min. The rooms & bathroom size is big, bathroom is awesome with Geezer facility rooms have mini fridge with balcony. Neat & clean rooms. But The facilities is not good. No lift. No food facility. No WiFi works. Cab facility closed after 10pm. The rent of room is average 800-1000 RS per night. Checked out time is 11am.
