OYO 13326 Gupta Palace

Good things : rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good. Bad things : costly if it priced 1500 or above for deluxe room ,also match with photos at the time of booking and provided room. They gave two different type of room at same price. Toiletries are not enough. 2 mini towel and 1 no. 5 rs. Medimix soap provided for 2 days stay ,no oil ,shampoo or anything provided.breakfast was not available till 10 am .

- Worst food, even my whole family got Food poisoning. - Rooms Not maintained properly, very dirty pillows and blankets, Torn curtains and dirty bathrooms - Staff was not well trained, lacks sense of hospitability - delayed check-in for about one hours and staff was completely unaware of the same. - Overall as a experience, It was nightmare. Only one good things happened on 2 days stay that we reached 2 hrs early and had 3 rooms booked, on our request he given one very basic room to freshenup.

Hotel is good. Room cleaned and sanitized. But no toiletries given. Food is not good but tea is awesome. For 7 hrs room extension they charged full Tariff no discount given and we had no choice so, we had adopted.

If planning to visit vaishav devi shrine in katra, then this is the best place to stay and it's nearby to the shrine.. Rooms are very hygienic... The staff is very friendly...

Hotel is Good value for money, staff is good and cooperative. Location of the hotel also good as it's only about 1 Km from Katra Railway station and near by main market.

Nice and budget friendly hotel with clean room and bathroom, floor might feel really cold in winter time. Staff is really generous and helping in nature. Hot water comes 24/7 into rooms with geyser so prefer to take room with it

Rooms were very good for the price point of 1200 per night per 2 adults. Food of their restaurant was good & delicious Room service and manager were prompt and helpful. I will recommend this, if you are going for family trip.

Rooms are good considering it a budget hotel, but bathrooms not good. No Geysers. Though they have centralized water heating system which takes lots of time to give hot water. TV cable quality is very poor. You might face other issues, phone was not working in my case, and a tap was not working. But they changed my room for that. Staff is friendly, they try to support on amenities that they can. Breakfast is amazing.
