Hotel Rama Palace Katra

Rooms are good and location is best ... infront of registration yatra counter....but only book room.... avoid breakfast inclusion....for 3 Paratha and rajma you will be charged 500 additional....only book room.

I frequently visit katra and this time i tried a new hotel property as my existing hotel was completely booked. I had an amazing experience with clean rooms, washrooms. The hotel staff is very humble and welcoming. They also have one add on to the room it’s cute little balcony with nice view. I do recommend this budget friendly hotel.

Rooms are clean and washrooms are good Ac is working fine. Location is good. Pros. Near to bus stand Good hotel in budget Book offline for better rates Note. Location shown in google map is wrong. Actual location of hotel is Opposite to Hotel Shubhash International.

We got this hotel without prior booking at 1k room was far better than other hotels and clean. It has a speciality of its prime location you can see crowd heading towards main dwar from your balcony.Staff was friendly they agreed on early check in at 7am did check out at 12:30. We left our luggage at lobby for a while and went for shopping. Our bags were safe and we really enjoyed the stay.

Booked 5 rooms and the check in time was 7 am. But when we reached there the rooms were already occupied and we're told that we will get the rooms at 12 noon, even though we confirmed the check in time multiple times. And when we planned to cancel the room they refused to return the advance booking amount

Staff is very helpful. The most important thing about this hotel is, it's very near to yatra parchi counter and also one km away from Vaishno Devi mandir check post.....Hotel doesn't provide any food for guests... Moderate ambience , cheap during non seasonal time.. I booked this hotel through without make my trip and paid around 3484 rs 3 nights and 4 days..it could have been much cheaper ...cab facility available..cleaniness is kinda of ok

Stayed in double bed non a/c for 3 days. Rent is 550rs (got a deal) then this hotel is good. If the rent is 1000rs - then this hotel is below average. Bed and Bed sheets are below average - 0.25 out of 1 Wifi speed is worst - 0.25 Room cleaning service - 0 Room is ok - 0.5 Bathroom is clean - 1 Near bus stand - 1 Near yatra registration - 1 Noise level ( horn sound ) - 0.5 Near by restaurants - 1 Staff helpfulness and hot water - 0.5 Total = 6 / 10 Note : In Jammu, India prepaid SIM won't work... U need to buy Jammu SIM.
