I stay here whenever Mata calls me. Location is very prime and staff members and Manager is very humble and cooperative with me. Rooms are newly furnished and clean but they have to look at bathroom equipments care properly. Rest things are superb..

It was Excellent staying in Virat hotel and just bcz of G.m Rajesh ji My stay was excellent and worth it, he was so humble and great person he make my stay so great and comfortable while suggesting me everything where to go and visit. Staff was Good and Polite, Thanks Rajesh Ji for make my stay more comfortable and excellent 👌 When ever I hv next plan yo visit in katra I will prefer virat hotel. Thanks to everyone for the services and showing there excellency.

This is a pathetic hotel I have ever visited. The room service is the worst, they don't even provide towels' soap and other accessories. Our checkout time was 12:00PM. We called the reception at 11:30 AM and asked for a tea, we received a rude reply saying it's your checkout time you won't get anything. The staff has no sense on how to treat customers. It deserves ratings below zero.. don't ever go with this hotel.

This property is very new and very well developed. They have lift which is added benefit. Staff is good. Tariff was decent for me. Walkable distance from main market in Katra. We can see many grocery store, medical store, restaurant, etc nearby. Hotel also has own restaurant and they serve really good quality food. I can recommend this property to anyone visiting Katra.

Dont book this hotel if they give u firsr floor rooms thst meand u are goint to sleep on roads. Staff is too rude if you ask for cleanliness they give you the revert like you are noy paying amount Hotel is overcharged overhyped

Hygiene is very good in hotel , staff is very polite and supportive, Rooms are spacious, food is very good, all services like tickets of train , buses and for further planning is available , masala tea is good try tea lovers
