Tulip Tree Hotel

I have been staying here for the last 3 days and must say it's one of the best in its league. Got it for a good deal on Ibibo and happy overall with their rooms and decor. They have an in-house restaurant which serves decent and good quality food. It's close to the Katra railway station and locate right in front of the road. Was not feeling well and felt feverish after my darshan and they provided me with tablets which was a saving grace so many thanks to the management. Service is best and they serve all genuine request. Only reason to give 1 star less is because there is no recreational facilities like gym, garden etc.... Overall a must stay place at Katra

Nice place, supportive staff. Staff available to help round the clock. Got some help for cash withdrawal from reception and support staff as my bank cards were not working. Really helpful people.

Stayed here for two days, and while the rooms were spacious, the real highlight was the warm hospitality of the entire staff and the simple, delicious food. Highly recommended!

I booked hotel tulip tree hotel Katra for night the Hotel was outstanding. We booked this hotel for the first time. ||Rooms : Lobby manager given us best sute room it was very big as compared to other hotels in katra. Also it’s well furnished I geve 10 out of 10 to rooms of this hotel ||hotel lobby also specious and clean staff of hotel was helping and polite everything was superb ||Hotel location is also approaching man railway Road bazar and mani road shop medical store restaurant everything is approached ||Hotel Tulip tree is good in all aspects |we will recommend to everybody …thank u

Immediately on entering there is a huge lobby that feels so great . Rooms are spacious . We had a direct view of Vaishnodevi temple from our room . Bathrooms are clean . Overall , the place is damn clean and hygienic. Food is so so good it's not to be missed . Special thanks to Pawanji for the piping hot lunch with awesome kadhi pakoda that they served us at such short notice . In addition they even arranged a cake for us to celebrate our friend's birthday. May you get many more guests . Thank you .

One of the coziest hotels I've ever been to. It's near the katra railway station. The rooms were large and spacious and the attached bathroom was tidy and clean(my room was the coziest and it actually felt like home). Most importantly the staff was very helpful and room service was also good, they also arranged car for us for going to vaishno devi trekking and also when we were leaving back for station. Overall best experience ✨ Jai Mata Di 🚩 🙏🏻

Bad experience, They are recovering agent. We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Hotel informed us that your agent (Mr. Nissar of fortview holidays) has booked MAP (breakfast and dinner) package for you. On last day, they said that you have to pay ramdom amount 3000 rs. for dinner for 2 days as per my agent Mr. Nissar. We were surprised as they informed us this on 9 am and our train was at 10 am. We said that you have confirmed that ours is MAP package and now as per Mr. Nissar you are asking us to pay. After much discussion, we agreed to pay the dinner charges ( as we have to leave for station) and asked for per head dinner charges (which is 450 rs.). We ate for 2 days and total of 2655 rs. need to pay but hotel forced to pay 3000 rs. (Random amount asked by Mr. Nissar) and without that we are not allowed to leave the hotel. Finally we paid 3000 rs. then we left as we couldnt afford to leave our train. I didnt have the time otherwise i would have called the police as this act looks like Reovery of money. So please be careful with this hotel while booking as these people will purely listening to agent only.
