Hotel The Royal Krishna

I stayed there in October and had bad experience:- 1. My stay was booked for 4 days through Goibibo and already paid…but when I arrived hotel couple of hours early, they additionally charged 2000/- rupees for early check in. 2. There was two guys on reception, one of them was very arrogant… always ready for argument.. seems that guy was working in odd hours (most of time I saw that guy in night or early morning) 3. I have been given room on first floor which was triple bed room but room was not good and lower than my expectations….. not spacious as per mentioned in details, Bathroom door was damaged and was not getting locked..when I raise this to reception guy, he gave stupid reason of door lock. 4. Out of my 4 days stay… only first day I had good service and room cleaning. Rest three days, my room was not serviced/clean properly. Each day they didn’t kept towels but given on my request through reception. 5. Toilet was in front and near to bed with damaged lock (getting open automatically after few minutes)… which was not good at all… second, tap was not good and water was leaking from toilet hand spray. However they tried to fixed after my complaint but still was not good. 6. No outside view from room. There was one window but that was covered with a hotel wall…so it was like a box without outside view.. 7. Kitchen and restaurant was good. They tried their best to provide good and tasty food to customers and all kitchen staff were very polite and helpful. First time I had such bad experience with a 4 star hotel… only location of hotel is good which is close to main market..

Great location, food and service. Special thanks to Ajay Singh.||The location is a quick walk to bus stand, maim market and mata vaishno devi registration office.||The food is brilliant (no onion/ garlic). Highly recommend the dal punjabi and paneer makhani||Service from the staff is superb and Ajay Singh was proactively helpful

We come every year in katra , and hotel royal Krishna is our best choice to stay, food is amazing, front office staff is so caring , house keeping service is prompt. Manager Rakesh Sharma is very helpful. View from rooms is awesome. Overall great experience in this hotel.

We visited in this hotel 4th time , we felt like home here, welcoming staff ,polite behavior, great hospitality. Over all We had great experience in this hotel. Free dropping to helipad is available in the hotel. After Darshan you can have spa service in the permission. Thanks to management

It was pleasant stay in this hotel, staff is very polite and cooperative. Its near to parchi counter. Food was amazing specially mix parantha in the buffet was so yummy . Housekeeping service is very prompt. It was memorable stay, we will visit here again, Speciallly thanks to Manager Raj ji.

Very nice hotel,neat and clean rooms. We liked the ambiance of hotel. Ample car parking available at persia. Food was soo tasty. Front office staff is cooperative, house keeping service is very prompt. We enjoyed in this hotel| Hotel provided us free helipad dropping.|Thanks to manahement

I very much liked the overall ambience & service of the Hotel.|Very near to the railway station, good rooms, polite staff and good food. We had a very comfortable stay..... We got free dropping to railway station at right time from hotel . Thanks to manager Mr Raj

I recently stay in this hotel, and it was a excellent choice to stay here ,plus point is location, it is located in main market, yatra parchi counter is near to hotel. Hotel provided us dropping to helipad. We enjoyed the food, staff is polite and well behaved, will visit here again.
