Not Recommended: Worst Staff, Pathetic Room and Worst Service Our experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. It all started when a broker approached us at Katra station, showing us a different hotel from a distance and offering what seemed like a reasonable deal. He assured us we could freshen up in a room, and they’d provide pick-and-drop service to Katra. Trusting his word, we agreed. However, once we saw the actual room, it was beyond pathetic – dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. When we told them we didn’t want to stay, they refused to return the ₹50 we paid the driver and told us we’d have to walk to Katra ourselves. Exhausted, we reluctantly decided to stay for an hour since they had promised a pickup and drop service. We asked them to keep our luggage in a locker and send it to Katra later, as we planned to find another hotel after our Vaishno Devi darshan. But when the time came, their cab driver started misbehaving, abusing us, and trying to force my spouse and me to stay in the same hotel. When I confronted him, he became even more aggressive. I called the manager for help, but he was completely uncooperative and claimed it wasn’t his responsibility. After a frustrating 4-hour wait, they finally sent our luggage to Katra. To summarize: the rooms were disgusting, the staff and their cab driver were extremely rude, and the entire experience was stressful and unpleasant. These people are scammers – avoid them at all costs. Do your research and find a reliable hotel beforehand.

Pathetic service. Rude behaviour from staff. They are polite till the time you have not checked in and cleared the payment after that they are like goons. You can get better hotels in katra market. It was a lesson . They were using slippers of my father which was kept in the hotel's locker. Even using their locker is not safe.

the staff was extremely rude and intolerant. As soon as they received the payment, they treated us terribly. The rooms were so dusty that even animals wouldn't want to sleep there. The bedsheets smelled awful, as if they hadn't been washed in ages. The AC, TV, and geyser weren't working, and there was no room service. To top it off, their driver made us wait for over an hour and then even tried to start an argument with us. Trust me, if you're looking for a place to stay in Katra, don't even consider this one, not even if they offer a free stay.

The worst hotel I have stayed in till now. No proper services, even they didn't keep water in the room and after asking they didn't give water to their customers. The staff is very bad. They don't talk properly to the people. No proper wifi. I highly recommend not to book your room here if you did you are making the worst mistake of your life.

Location wise hotel is perfect but that is not sufficient, i just wants to say that atleast if we ask you to provide some blankets and pillows they are not ready to listen and not fulfilling our needs. Next part their is no WiFi facility and tv facility and also on other hand hotel staff is very rude , they are not cooperative. I want to suggest my public audience not to stay in this hotel. Thanks.

Worst hotel ever ,they have very rude behavior towards customer, pick up service is very worst (we have been waiting for 2 hours outside vaishno devi yatra entry but they didn't come to pick )so we booked auto from there ,during check out they charged extra money ,and very rude (ldai krne par utaru they )
