Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was appalling—staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hot water in my room was not working, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the TV was missing from my room, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

The best thing about this hotel is location (if you do not have your own vehicle). It is very close to the bus stand and main market. We were allotted a room on 3rd floor/4th level. There is no lift so it was a little difficult to climb up and down the stairs multiple times. Even the stairs and corridor area was not at all clean. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was soft spoken (we did not have much interaction as we arrived late and left early).

One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life. This is not even hotel, it’s a low level Dharamsala, I was not expecting this kind of place. they are making fool of the people. washbasin's tap was leakage. No switch board in room for charging mobile or for any other work.Washroom, room and bed sheet was so so dirty as we were not even able to sit on the bed. Worst experience ever. We complained on reception but the staff were so rude and manners less and says room to accha hai kya problem hai. If there are option of 0 star rating or negative star I will definitely give 0 star.

Booked a triple bed room in the hotel for 2 days. There are 3 floors above the ground floor. The topmost floor has a seepage issue in almost all the rooms. Initially allotted room no 405, on the top floor. But on request and based on availability the hotel shifted us in room 104 which was good. There's one major issue - The room ventilator has no glass pan, thus you cannot sleep if there's any noise outside your room. Every noise is coming in the room itself, which is a design issue of all the rooms. The location of this hotel is the best. Just at the bus stand, with all nearby amenities at walking distance. Service Staff is courteous and kind. But the cleaning staff is very slow and less in number, thus do not expect clean rooms before 1 pm. People check out at 12 noon and cleaning happens after that. Avoid early check-in, otherwise you may have to wait or get uncleaned rooms.

I booked this hotel through @irctc official app as the property is rated 3 stars. I stayed here on 16/02/2024 with my parents, wife and children in rooms 404 and 405. This is my experience with this hotel: 1. I called the hotel on 13th February to check if my reservation was confirmed or have they made any changes. The hotel staff assured me that the reservation is valid and both rooms are clean and the stay is going to be comfortable. 2. Arriving at the hotel around 6pm after the yatra was over, we were shocked to see that the place was not even a hotel, forget 3 stars, moreover these guys didn't even tell me that their accommodation was under renovation (see pictures). 3. When we checked in to check the rooms, we were disappointed to find that the rooms were not clean even though we informed them 30 minutes before check-in. The rooms had a lot of dust, stains on the wall and the smell of dampness, tv was not working and there were other issues as well. 4. When we went down 4 floors to meet the receptionist what kind of service they provide, I got an answer from him that we gave you the same rooms as on the website. Unfortunately, due to the weekend, we couldn't get rooms at the couple of other near by hotels we visited, so we had no choice but to stay here for the night. Do not book this property because you see a 3-star rating. I don't understand why and how they are classified as a hotel and why they take reservations while they are renovating. Not worth staying, horrible horrible horrible experience!!

The washroom was very dirty and someone’s undergarments were hanging on door. Hot water gizzer was damaged & only for show. Bedsheets was so so dirty as we were not even able to sit on the bed. Worst experience ever. We complained on reception but the staff were so rude and manners less. If there are option of 0 star rating or negative star I will definitely give 0 star.

No dout the hotel is very near to yatra parchi counter the owner is good but some things need to improvement as they had i guess 4 to 5 floor but they don't have lift service it's major issue they have the place they have to use that for making lift with all connecting floor but i don't know why are not using space , i guess they don't bothering bc the customer will stay if they required or not another have another option so that's why the owner doesn't bothering bc if some customers doesn't come the another will stay. I stay this hotel surely as per owner the upgrading is going on hope so good improvement and will back again to stay in future . We stay in this hotel some day back some room ac are in old design and some of room the washroom door not lock the door Request to owner is not the baad comments just i am mention what needs to improve for your review and the customer hoping i gues you will adhere if you really bothering of customer.
