The Nexus Hotel

I will give a genuine review. The place is not good at all. The rooms are dirty. Location is really bad. It has no parking. Washrooms are dirty. Lift doesn’t work. The hotel has no generator backup. Staff is rude. If you want good rooms, location , cleanliness and service don’t stay here.

It was one of the best hotel . Property is located just 1 km away from the katra railway station . And very close to the main bazaar. The in- house restaurant is awesome & serves delicious food . Room service is also awesome . Rooms were spotless and facilities were well maintained. Especially staff is very good and always ready to help you . I asked for the lunch at 17:30 PM and they provide me very delicious food . I am totally satisfied with the hotel room and services . Go for this hotel without any second thought.

The rooms were very much conjested, in bathrooms the window was attached to the other room's washroom ( no privacy- one can hear everything in other room) and recommend no one to reside in this hotel.. Food was very much oily and didn't have a variety of range.. Otherwise the receptionist was quite knowledgeable and helped with the process of vaishnodevi darshan..
