The Fragrance Hotel Katra

This is my second time here in the last 9 months it is Kind of a good and comfortable hotel. The staff is good. They will help you with sim purchase and even arrange pick and drop to enter the gate so overall it is a good stay. But the major difference is food Last time the food was fabulous but this time it was below average. Overall 8/10

Rooms was clean and hygienic. Staff was very helpful and polite. I would like to visit this place again and also suggest to my dear and near ones.

As we booked hotel for 2 nights from Agoda apps showing shuttle service available but they didn't give ...they denied As well no welcome drink here ....but they have charged 3-4star hotel ..even we order lunch but they delivered wrongly order at room and they said we don't have these tandoori items . About hygiene cleanling that is ok not so much good ... We visited katra every year but this time due to rash we booked this hotel but really disappointed 😞... Need to improve services No recommended....

Very good Service, well located and the rooms are very confortable. Prime Location Staff very friendly and helpful.. The location made travel around Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Temple very easy and affordable
