Hotel Neelkanth

Hotel rooms were good, but the staff and services are pathetic. Can't recommend choosing because the services they provide make us feel like we are staying in Dharmshala after paying such a good amount. The staff was very unprofessional, didn't know how to talk, and were not able to listen to anything. They are pretending that they are the owners of the hotel, and we are staying there for free. One incident I wanted to share is that one of our children was sick, and she vomited on the floor. We called up to the receptionist and requested to send someone from housekeeping for cleaning, but the reply we got from her side was that "aap wiper le lo aur khud hi saaf karo." We had booked three rooms, and no intercom was working, complaining again and again to staff, but no action was taken by them. We stayed there for 4 days and were completely disappointed that we chose this hotel.
