Imperial Hotel Katra

Room hygiene was pathetic. Staff service was horrible. Even room fan wasn’t working and they didn’t even resolve the issue after saying multiple times. Staff was very rude with us. So live in any Dharamshala for free of cost but don’t come here save your hard earn money.

The location of this hotel is quite near to the railway station. The rooms are good and spacious but quite basic in terms of amenities provided. Room service is good with a fair bit of options from the kitchen. We ordered the basic thalis & snacks and they were all good. Overall, good stay
