Worst hotel and their staff are even worst then their service ,very rude in nature

Receptionist/ manager is very rude. 1. Vaastu of all rooms are not good there are negative vibes and there is mirror in front of every bad in all rooms and toilet is also in front of some rooms. 2. Ekdam bkr room and service behaviour unhygienic room hotel h yh charge bhi jyda karte h

The hotel is nice with friendly staff and prompt service. The location is one of the best in katra . Very near to everything important in Katra. The beds are comfortable and rooms are very spacious. Even the Bathrooms are very spacious. The only thing which needs a change are the Television sets which are very old and more Electrical power points in the room for Charging Phones and tablets.||But overall a very nice hotel for the Price range offered.

One of the third class service and specially Manager behaviour. Even confirmation of rooms. They have allocated to some other family. Will not recommend this hotel to Vaiahno Devi pilgrims. Please avoid staying there.

Great place to stay and chill staff is very polite and location is very easy to find also they have food market nearby.

This was our first stay of the 10 day J & K honeymoon tour. Commencing a new phase of our life, whats better way for that than having the maa vaishno devi's blessing.||||We booked this budget hotel and werent expecting much. But boy werent we surprised..!! First of all, its like 50-60 yards from Katra Market, so location is perfect. Second, the hotel room was very well maintained and very spacious. Bathroom was very clean and we had 24 hours running hot water (and cold water off course). The hotel doesnt have its own restaurant, but since its literally in the market so fooding isnt gonna be a problem. Kens Food planet is right in front of the hotel and we ate every meal from there, so tasty it was. Also since in J&K , prepaid sim from other states doesnt work, the reception guy arranged a simcard for us for two days, free of cost, we had to recharge it though.

Very bad experience… we change the room 3 times in 2 nights in this hotel due to cockroaches.. very bad zero star for cleaning staff… ac also not working in some rooms..
