It is very good hotel and staff is also very supportive and cooperative. Food quality is also perfect. Location is very much reachable and easy to find. They provide pick and drop to halipad and banganga when ever traveller wants with complete positivity.

We had a pleasent stay in the hotel. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Got the pick up and drop facility from the hotel and also charged for the other drops.|||I would suggest recommending every with family and friends.|||Please plan during winter and summer without hesitation.

Amazing room, Amazing staff and we also took therapies at their spa and saloon, prakash our therapist was professional and a master of his art. The hotel staff including managers and all the other employees made sure our stay was a pleasent one

I stayed at The Fern residency Katra, with my family. My stay was for two days in the month of November 2024. Location is just one and half km from railway station. Check in was hassle free and they were nice in providing early check in. Room was very clean and with a great view of Trikuta Parvat. They provided hotel's cab for our transportation needs. Hotels staff was very helpful and cordial. Food was excellent, they seem to have a very talented chef. Overall great experience and highly recommended.

I Stayed here for 2 nights. Located in the prime area, the hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Behaviour of the staff including reception is very polite. Food quality and taste is very good. I had a great experience staying here and would recommend everyone to experience it.

Friendly and accommodating cheerful staff , very clean and spacious rooms, Excellent service. Cab Pick n drop free service for starting point of Banganga... I will recommended and surely its worth paying stay and food quality also very good...
