Stayed at Hotel Sai Sunder inn for our vaishno devi trip. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the starring Pointed the trek. The rooms are comfortable and clean,and the staff was very helpful with our travel needs. Great value for pilgrims and food is also good.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at sai sundar inn hotel from 10-6-2024 to 11-6-2024. My room was not cleaned properly, the washroom was dirty, the bedsheets were stained and covered with hair, and the overall cleanliness was substandard. When I reported these issues to the manager, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable.
