Neat and clean property. Service provided is very good. Staff is well behaved and cooperative. They have in-house eating place and the food is really delicious. Good to stay with the family and friends. Location of hotel is very good. Drop facility is also available for banganga all over excellent service

I stayed here from 6-10-2024 to 8-10-2024. Worst experience of my life. Rooms lock were automatic means you can open without keys. We go to market and when we came back saw door is open as lock was just supported with a wooden piece and that falls after lock. Don't dare to order tea or coffee. They have special flavor of tea, COCKROACH flavor. We found 2 continuous day cockroaches in our tea and when we complain they said may be tea kettle was not washed. Their staff especially receptionist behavior was worst. Don't just go by pictures on website. All their room does not have any mountain view. Some rooms even does not receive sunlight. I will never recommend this hotel. Their are many hotel with lower rates and better service from this hotel.

Very bad experience. Waist of money. Food test is very bad even tea and coffee also tasteless . And the receptionist attitude and ego ohh my god, The receptionist's behavior with the customer is very bad. He has no manners to talk. I will never go back to that hotel and I will not recommend anyone to go to that hotel.

Rooms are spacious but need make over. But service is a big issue. The hotel team is very rude and greedy. Restaurant food is not upto to the mark. One can try nathu sweets just 200 mtrs away. Location of the hotel is amazing you will find brands like mc-d, dominos, nathu sweets with in 200 mtrs from the hotel.

We visited in this hotel every year. Very nice copperative staff and Hotel Manger very helpfull and supporting. Room. Was nice expenses Room view was amazing. Lifit facilities wifi facilities indian haveli restaurant. Refresh Spa is also available every think is ok

Only name but no view,😜 Very poor room service they serve tea with cockroach 🪳😞. hotel is expensive you can get hotels in reasonable price in this location.. Basement and ground floor rooms are non ventilated /not good.if you are planning to go please book 2/Floor rooms .

Really good experience staying in this hotel. This is my first time to stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful to all. Washroom are neat and clean. Room service is also good. Overall good experience once again. Food is delicious.
