Location makes a lot of difference if travelling with family for a pilgrimage. Perfectly located near railway station , easy access to Vaishno devi for other modes of transport solves a lot of problems and thats where this place scores high. Besides, the food😜 is nice. Staff was courteous most of the time , eager to guide you with places to visit and other suggestions. Because choice is yours , remember money too is yours , spend it at the right place.

There was a serious security issue during our visit — my friend’s wallet was stolen. What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s lack of urgency or help in resolving the situation. We experienced theft at the hotel and were deeply let down by the staff’s response. No proper investigation, no empathy, and no help provided in such a stressful situation. Very bad experience!
