Rooms were stinking with drainage smell and even after shifting the room, the same bad smell. We reached hotel with prior heads-up and have been following up with them from previous day on our arrival But we were kept to wait for 2 hours before providing the room. Do not prefer this hotel even if they offer at lesser price

The room service is pathetic. The kitchen was even not functional for food. When I asked for chilled water bottle, they said you can get it from the shop nearby. They asked to order food through Zomato.

Rooms are having too much cockroaches. When we locked and came again too many cockroaches were found. We informed them immediately they sprayed and cockroaches gone. Also one day big rat was found. Hotel is good, staff is good, location is good but the cockroaches and rat spoiled it all.
