Hotel Rakhee Palace - Best Hotel in Katra

Very nice hotel and staff , i forgot my thing in room after checkout and I got it back. That's really impressive. Rooms are capable of noise free because helicopters are roaming around you won't get any helicopter sound which will disturb your sleep.

It's a great place to stay with friends, family. Also good enough for couples to spend time together. Every facility is available here. From television to air conditioner. Very neat bathrooms and bedroom, if found dirty(which is impossible), you may ask to change and clean the bedsheets and toilets they will do it in your presence. Highly trustable and good service boys. Had a great experience.

Mr Raju Gupta may be the owner such a arrogant person, if you agree on his tarrif then ok otherwise he start showing arrogancy.. Called me and asked me my budget and I told him that I am getting particular tarrif at a particular place as I have to just take bath and leave then he said take it there and cutted the phone.. And this is at the time of medium rush when Hotels are available generally.. Anyways not a good experience as expected ..

Such a terrible experience staying at this hotel, the service was just third class AC are window AC and not work at all better to book dormitory than this hotel! Rakhee palace katra is the worst hotel I have ever seen

Very nice hotel near to Katra Railway Station.Staff is very nice and polite. Rooms are well maintained with fully AC. Food was fresh and good. They prepare the food ,when ordered(Fresh). Pick and drop service is available free of cost.Would like to stay again there.

A true value for money, staff are friendly and helpful, food is top notch and all food is prepared on order and served with love and care. The access road is slightly narrow and the 3 story building does not have a lift which could be a challenge for some. Staff are very prompt and are ready to offer pick-up and drop to Vaishno Devi on demand. Overall a very positive experience for us.
