NillI recently stayed at [Hotel Name] for [X] nights, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Poor Room Condition: The room I was assigned was in dire need of maintenance. The furniture was old and worn out, with stains on the carpet and the upholstery. The bathroom was a nightmare—mold in the corners, a leaking showerhead, and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. Unhelpful Staff: The front desk staff was not only unresponsive but seemed disinterested in addressing guest concerns. When I called about the room issues, I was told "we'll send someone up" but no one ever arrived. It took several attempts to get basic things like extra towels or a remote control that worked. Noise and Discomfort: The hotel is located in a very noisy area, which wouldn’t have been an issue if the windows were soundproof. Unfortunately, they were not, and the noise from the street kept me up most of the night. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable—lumpy pillows and a mattress that was far too firm. Uninspiring Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food was disappointing. It felt more like an afterthought than a service meant to enhance the guest experience. Lack of Cleanliness: One of the most concerning issues was the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. From the dusty hallways to the dirty windows, it seemed like hygiene was not a priority. This was especially troubling given the high price I paid for the stay. Overall, I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone. For the money spent, I expected much better quality, service, and attention to detail. I’ve stayed at far better places for a fraction of the cost. Unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer service, I will not be returning and suggest others look elsewhere.

NillI am sorry to say this but the quality of service the hotel staff offered was very poor, whether it is about room service, room cleaning, or serving food. The taste of the food was not good it almost took them about 2 or more hours to serve the food, overall I would rate only 1.5 star

NillPathetic stay ..unprofessional staff ..not at all cooperative.. We had booked rooms for 2days at arrival there rooms was not ready .. towels provided by them where dirty and on asking the reply was colour of towel is this only there was no dustbin in room inspite of telling no one is bothered to provide that .. owner told us that there will be pick n drop facility but nothing was given .. there was termite on wall.. 1 star be jayaad de diya

NillIt was really bad experience, they have done cheating with us. We have booked 2 deluxe room from cleartrip, but when we reached the hotel at 2am in the night, they have refused to give booking to us, and transferred our booking to below average hotel. They have misbehaved with us. Don’t ever stay in this hotel

NillVery bad hotel. The hotel is very far from the market. Worst service. They took around 1 hr to provide room service even for tea. Highly overpriced. Not recommended.
