Recently visited on 10 sep 2023, they told me you have check in and checkout window of 24 hrs. After we return from Mata darshan, they just kicked us out. Worst hotel ever, all workers including boss are liar and cheater. They will cheat in name of Mata Vaishno Devi...... sahi bolu bhad mein sala aisa malik,

Worst experience with that hotel specially they are lier... On bus stand they will commitment everything after that they will kicked out you.... No drop service for bus stand.... Overall bad facilities provided by the owner name is Lucky. Not satisfied.

Worst facilities and most important the lie about everything. Better go for hotels that are in main market.
